Guiding Principals

Patient Responsibility:
The responsibility of the individual in their wellness will be enhanced through:

  • Education: An awareness and information base concerning health care problems, issues, and preventative measures.
  • Prevention: programs that will enable community members to identify early stages of health care problems and take steps toward prevention.
  • Health care Maintenance: Periodic and timely assessment of individual’s health status on individual needs.
  • Intervention: Appropriate, competent and timely treatment of acute health problems.

We encourage the cooperative leadership efforts on the Menominee Tribal Clinic, Legislature and community. The foundation for this coming effort is the belief that open lines of communication will allow us to achieve our mission.
